This beach house has been completely renovated inside and offers a modern well appointed beach retreat less than 50m from the beach!

A hop, step, jump from the beach this gorgeous holiday house has had a full renovation inside and offers a well appointed space to relax.

The views from the spacious living area that features a Wood Fire, huge leather lounge, flatscreen TV are to die for! Open the big balcony doors and you sound like you're on the beach!

The kitchen is very well appointed with everything you need including a coffee machine for your stay.

Two of the 3 bedrooms have ocean views and offer comfy beds.

Well behaved dogs are very welcome at “Seaspray Beach House” and the yard is secure for large dogs but may not be secure for medium/small doggies as there is a gap under the gate. The balcony is secure for all dogs!

This pet friendly Apollo Bay accommodation features a semi secure yard (secure for medium/large non houdini dogs) allowing them to be contained.
The only gap is under the front gate as the house is on a hill.
If heading out to explore the Great Ocean Road and Otways region there is also a secure balcony.
